Have you ever eaten "手羽先" ?Tebasaki is one of famous foods in Nagoya. I'm going to introduce the best way to eat it.first, break tip of bone, and remove it. next, bring it into your mouth with your bare hands. You might care about dirty hands, but don't care. You can wash your hands after eating, so don't use knif or fork. This is the best way to eat Tebasaki. It makes it more delisious. Please eat it while chicken is hot.
